Here, you can add your Overall Comments (Self Evaluation) to summarize your performance.

You also have the option to highlight Training Requirements that can help you improve your skills and contribute more effectively to the organization.

Step 5: Submit Your Self-Rating

After carefully reviewing all your ratings, remarks, and responses in the questionnaire, click on the Submit button to finalize your self-appraisal.

Once submitted, your superiors—such as your reporting manager and business head—will be notified of your self-assessment.

They can then use your input while conducting their own evaluations of your performance.
