1) Log in with your uKnowva account. Click on your profile icon from the top-right corner, click on the menu ‘uKnowva Configuration’.
2) Click on Menu 'User Groups Manager' and then click on the 'Add New Group' button.
3) Add the following details.
>> Subgroup of - Select HR Manager
>> Title - specify the Subgroup name.
>> Description - specify the description of the Group and 'Save' group.
4) Click on Menu 'App Manager', search for the 'HRM Lite'.
5) Find the options 'Select HR Manager's Usergroup' In HRM Lite.
>> Select 'HR Manager' and the subgroup 'HR Spoc' From dropdown and click on the 'Save' button.
