Step 1: Navigate to the My Applicants Section
To begin entering feedback, first go to the Recruitment menu located on the left-hand side navigation panel of your uKnowva instance. From there, click on the My Applicants sub-menu.
This will open a page displaying a list of all applicants currently in the system.
Each applicant will be shown along with details such as their name, qualifications, experience, and application status, helping you easily identify the right individual.
You can locate a specific candidate either by scrolling through the list or by using the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find them by name or other identifiers.
Once you've found the desired applicant, click on their name to open the candidate's detailed profile view.
Step 2: Enter Feedback in the All Feedback Tab
Once the applicant’s profile page opens, you’ll be able to view all the available information associated with the candidate.

To input your feedback, scroll down the interface until you see a row of tabs.
Click on the All Feedback tab, which is specifically designed for storing evaluations and comments from recruiters and interviewers.
Within the All Feedback section, you will find a text box where you can type your observations, interview impressions, or any other relevant notes regarding the candidate’s performance and suitability.
After entering your feedback, click on the Comment button to save it.
This action records the feedback in the system, making it visible to other authorized users involved in the hiring process.
