Purpose: The Leave History Report provides a detailed account of employees' past leave requests, enabling HR to track leave patterns and ensure compliance with leave policies.

What do we get:

Columns such as ID, Username, Email, Manager, Designation, and many more will inherit from the Users_Master data source, ensuring that all fields in the Users_Master data are also part of this data source, thereby maintaining consistency and accuracy across employee records The following columns have been added to enhance the understanding of leave history:

Leave Type Indicates the specific type of leave taken (e.g., sick leave, annual leave), providing context for absence.
From Displays the start date of the leave, helping to track the duration of absence.
Duration Specifies the total number of leave days taken, crucial for managing leave balances.
Reason Provides the rationale for taking leave, assisting in understanding employee needs.
Applied Date This shows the date when the leave request was submitted, important for processing and record-keeping.
Comment Contains any additional notes or comments made by the employee regarding the leave request.
Leave Status Indicates whether the leave was approved, rejected, or pending, providing clarity on the request’s outcome.
Approve By Name Displays the name of the person who approved the leave, ensuring accountability in the approval process.
Approve By Indicates the position or designation of the approver, providing further context regarding the approval authority.
