Purpose:
The Admin Right Given report lists employees or users who have been granted administrative rights within the system, providing oversight of user access and permissions.
What do we get:
Columns such as ID, Username, Email, and many more will inherit from the Users_Master data source, ensuring that all fields in the Users_Master data are also part of this data source, thereby maintaining consistency and accuracy across employee records. The following columns have been added to provide a comprehensive view of administrative rights assignments:
| Fields | Descriptions |
|---|---|
| Log Id | A unique identifier for each log entry, facilitating easy tracking and reference. |
| Field Id | Identifies the specific field for which the administrative rights were granted or modified. |
| Value | Indicates the new value assigned to the field after the change. |
| Old Value | Shows the previous value before the change was made, allowing for easy comparison. |
| Access | Specifies the level of access granted to the user for the particular field. |
| Action | Describes the action taken (e.g., granted, revoked) regarding the administrative rights. |
| Created By | Identifies the individual who created the log entry, ensuring accountability. |
| Created On | Records the date and time when the log entry was created, providing a timeline of changes. |
| Actioned By | Specifies who executed the action of granting or modifying the administrative rights, adding another layer of accountability. |
