Allowed Sources Configuration for Job Listings

1. Overview

This functionality allows you to perform bulk assignment of sources across multiple job postings to save time and ensure consistency in sourcing.


2. Allowed Sources (Per Job Posting)

Purpose

  • To define which agencies or platforms can source candidates for a specific job.
  • Navigate to:
    Recruitment > Dashboard

Field Type

  • Multi-select dropdown

Assignment of Sources for a single/specific Job:

  1. While creating or editing a job post, locate the Allowed Sources field.
  2. Select one or more sources from the available list:
  3. Save or publish the job. Only the selected sources will be able to assign or refer candidates for this job.

3. Bulk Assignment of Sources

Purpose

  • To assign or update allowed sources for multiple jobs at once, streamlining mass updates.

Navigation Path

Recruitment > Dashboard > Search for Bulk ‘Operations’ > click on ‘Import Sources’

How to Perform Bulk Assignment

  1. Select Jobs:
    • Use filters or search to locate the desired job postings.
    • Tick the checkbox next to each job you want to edit.
  2. Click on Bulk Edit / Assign Sources:
    • A pop-up will open for source assignment.
  3. Choose Sources:
    • Select the recruiter(s) or source(s) to be assigned.
    • Choose whether to append to existing sources or overwrite.
  4. Click Submit / Apply Changes.

4. Note

  • Permissions: Only users with admin or recruiter Admin roles can perform bulk source assignments.
