To disable chat for certain user groups in uKnowva, follow the step given below:
- Go to uKnowva Configuration
- Under Global Configuration and Instance Settings, find the options named Enable Chat and Chat Access
- Use Enable Chat to enable/disable chat for your entire instance
- Use Chat Access to select which User Groups should get access to chat. If no option is selected, then by default, all user groups will get access to chat
