How To Assign a Moderator for a Knowledge Category in uKnowva HRMS

Assigning a moderator to a knowledge category ensures better management and oversight of the content. Follow the steps below to assign a moderator efficiently:

Steps to Assign a Moderator

Step 1: Click on the i icon located in the top navigation bar. From the drop-down, select the Index sub-menu.

Step 2: In the new interface, locate the category for which you want to assign a moderator. Hover your mouse pointer over the desired category. Click on the Edit button (represented by a pen icon) to open the editing pop-up.

Step 3: In the pop-up, scroll down to find the Moderator field. Type the name of the user you want to assign as the moderator. Once selected, click on the Save button to confirm the changes.

The selected user is now successfully assigned as the moderator for the chosen knowledge category.
