Steps to Send a "Thank You" for a Knowledge Post
1. Login to Your Account
Start by logging into your uKnowva HRMS account.
2. Access Knowledge Base
On the homepage, click on the "i" icon at the top navigation bar. This will open a drop-down menu.
3. Find the Knowledge Post
In the drop-down, use Recent Topics or Index to locate the knowledge post you want to acknowledge. Browse until you find the post that you found helpful or want to appreciate.
4. Send a "Thank You"
Once you have opened the knowledge post, scroll to the bottom of the post where you’ll see the "Thank You" button. Click on it to send your appreciation for the post.
