If you don’t want to lock attendance or don’t have detailed attendance records, you can directly import paid days into the system using the import feature.
Steps to Import Paid Days
Step 1: Navigate to the HR menu, then go to Payroll, and select the Payroll sub-menu from the left-hand navigation bar.
Step 2: Click on the More button at the top of the Payroll page and select Import Paid Days from the dropdown.
Step 3: Click on the Download CSV Import Template file to download a sample file for data entry.
Step 4: Open the downloaded template and fill in the required details of employees’ paid days as per the provided format.
Step 5: Click on Choose File to select the updated CSV file, then click on the Upload File button to import the data.
By following these steps, you can successfully import paid days for users in uKnowva HRMS.
