How to add Extra Earnings/Deductions in uKnowva HRMS

Step 1: Go to HR Manager -> Extra Earnings/ Deductions

 

 

 

Step 2: Click on "+" icon to Add a new Earnings/Deductions

 

Step 3: Select the "Type" Earnings or Deductions from the drop down menu

 

 

Step 4: On the bases of the "Type" you’ll get different options for Group

 

 

 

Step 5: Choose the month for which you want add the Earnings or Deductions

 

 

Step 6: After filling all the fields click on "Save" 

 

 

Click on the "Edit" button to edit the Earnings / Deductions

 

After finishing the edits, click on "Save" 

 

 

To import the Earnings/Deductions in bulk, click on the "Import CSV File"

 

Here you’ll get 2 import methods, Basic import & Legacy import

 

 

Template of Basic Import

 

Using this template, you can add one earning or deduction for one user in a single row horizontally. To do this, just add the E/D group in the headers against the user.

 

Template of Legacy Import

 

Using this template, you can import multiple Earnings/Deductions, you need to create multiple rows for a single user if you want to add multiple entries.
