How to revoke 'Admin' rights in uKnowva

1) Log in with your uKnowva account. Click on your profile icon from the top-right corner, click on the menu uKnowva Configuration’.

 

2) Click on ‘User Manager’, search for the employee, and click on ‘edit user’ for which user ‘Admin’ rights you want to ‘Remove’.

 

3) Refer to the below screenshot, click on the ‘Cancel Icon’ to Remove the Admin Rights and click on submit.

 

Note:  You can also search the employee and click on ‘edit user’ and follow the above-mentioned 3rd step to remove admin rights.
