1) Log in with your uKnowva account. Click on your profile icon from the top-right corner, click on the menu ‘uKnowva Configuration’.
2) Click on ‘User Manager’, search for the employee, and click on ‘edit user’ to whom you want to assign the ‘Admin’ rights.
3) Click on the Role and select the ‘Admin’ from the drop-down and click on save.
Note: You can also search the employee and click on ‘edit user’ and follow the above-mentioned 3rd step.
