To set up the HRMS app on android you need to have your HRMS instance URL and the user credentials. Please contact your system admin if you don't have these details.

1.Click on the link to install the app, or search uKnowva HRMS in the play store from your Android smartphone Click on install and wait for installation. On completion open the app name HRMS.
Look for this icon:

2.Open the app and accept all the permission asked for. On accepting the permissions you will see the below screen here, you need to enter your organization's registered email id. 

Here, you can enter your username and password and click on the login

Please note: Instance setup is a one-time process required for new install. Once the above setup is completed the app will store the URL and function seamlessly.

For iPhone 

To set up the HRMS app on iPhone, you need to have your HRMS instance URL which you get on welcome email, please contact your system admin if you don't have these details.

1. Click on this link, to install this app on your iPhone

2. Wait for Installation and open HRMS app.

3. This will ask you to enter your instance url eg . abc.uknowva.com

Note: you get this URL on the welcome email or you can contact your HR / Admin in case if you don't know URL.

4. After entering a URL, the system will redirect you to the HRMS's login page. here you can enter your username, password and click on save.
