At times setting up KRAs, writing JD, skill set, competencies, probation and interview evaluation questions, etc. for the team is one of the most intimidating and overwhelming tasks for managers and HRs. Although it is a core competency for HR professionals, we sometimes struggle to keep up with the times and/or framing succinct KRA. We end up searching for templates on the internet that more often than not gives us so much content that chipping away at the excess input leads to even more confusion and frustration.
What we all wish for at times like this is for an option which would just give us a premade succinct template that gives us a place to start, that we can then elaborate upon and tailor to our requirement.
To address this, uKnowva has come up with a new feature – AI Suggest.
AI Suggest uses the AI competencies of AI sites like the GPT model and does just this. It searches for KRA templates, and collates the most used and effective KRAs and JDs for your positions. AI Suggest can help you in getting templates for the most widely used KRA/KPI/Assessment question etc for your designations.
How it works -
- Go to the designation master.
- Input your designation and select the industry.
- Click on AI suggest.
- The AI algorithm will search through our systems and collate the JD, KRA/KPI, Interview assessment questions and Probation evaluation question.
- It might take a few minutes if the designation or industry selected is not already a part of our pre-existing designations.
- The system shall intimate you if that is the case.
- Come back to the page after 10-15 mins and you shall have the results.
What is next
While we are the first to capitalise on the AI capabilities in this manner, we are far from done.
We are currently working on bringing a similar capability to bring in standardisation of payscale and comp and benefits as well. The AI suggests the industry standards on the payscale for selected designations.
This is however, just the beginning for us. Follow this space to get more updates on new and exciting features being introduced on uKnowva HRMS
