The uKnowva HRMS allows you to assign salaries to employees individually or in bulk through an efficient and streamlined process. Follow the steps below to set up salaries for your employees.
Steps to Assign Salary to Users
Step 1: Go to the HR menu, select Payroll, and then click on the Payroll sub-menu from the left-hand navigation bar.
Step 2: Locate the employee to whom you wish to assign a salary and click on the Edit Salary Structure (icon similar to pen) option.
Step 3: Select the relevant Salary Structure for the employee.
When a salary structure is selected, fields such as Yearly CTC, Monthly CTC, and the breakdown of Earnings and Deductions are auto-populated based on the structure.
Step 4: Click on the Save button to finalize the salary structure.
Ensure that the Payroll is assigned to the user after saving.
Assign Salaries in Bulk
Step 1: For bulk assignments, click on the Import button in the Payroll section.
Step 2: Download the provided CSV import template file.
Step 3: Enter the necessary information for multiple users, such as usernames and salary structure details, in the CSV file.
Step 4: Return to the Payroll interface, upload the completed CSV file, and click on Upload CSV File.
By following these steps, you can assign salaries to individual users or multiple users simultaneously, streamlining your payroll management process in uKnowva HRMS.
