The Learning Management System (LMS) in uKnowva HRMS makes it easy to create and manage courses for employee training and skill development. Follow these steps to add a course tailored to your organization’s needs.
Steps to Add a Course in LMS
Step 1: Navigate to the LMS menu on the left-hand side navigation bar of the home page and click on the Courses sub-menu.
Step 2: Once on the Courses page, click on the “Add” button to begin creating a new course
Step 3: Complete all the mandatory fields according to your course requirements.
- Mention the user group to whom this course will be accessible or you can set it as “All”
- Final quiz - If the quiz is not included in the SCORM video, create a quiz on the quiz dashboard and map it under Final Quiz.
- Map the Quiz Certificate so that employees can download the certificate after completion of training.
Access to all users - If set as “YES” then all the employees will be able to access the course and we don't need to add participants for the course
Step 4: After entering all required information and making the necessary configurations, click on the Save button to publish the course.
