How to Manually add attendance in past in uKnowva HRMS

Many a times, when your real time attendance is not captured because of reasons like biometric not working, etc. You might want to add it manually. To do so, just follow the below steps

  1. Login into uKnowva
  2. Go to My attendance page
  3. Click on the date you want to add attendance for and fill up the details
  4. Hit Save, if you are the user, then this shall go for approval to manager, else it will be automatically published

This can be used to update half day attendance too, in case your attendance for half day was recorded in realtime, but other half was not, so you can simply click on the date and select the Start time and end time accordingly
