Steps to Create a Default Salary Structure
Step 1: Navigate to the HR menu from the left-hand navigation bar, then go to Payroll, and select the Payroll sub-menu.
Step 2: Click on the More button, then select Edit Default Structure to start creating the salary structure.
Step 3: Enter the Yearly CTC amount. The system will automatically calculate and generate the corresponding Monthly CTC.
Step 4: Fill out the Earnings and Deductions sections as per your organization's requirements.
Step 5:Once all fields are filled out, click on the Save button to finalize the default salary structure.
