Introduction
Data-driven KRA (Key Result Area) templates in uKnowva HRMS allow organisations to standardise and streamline goal-setting for employees, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Over time, however, some templates may no longer be relevant or may need to be replaced with updated versions.
To maintain accuracy and relevance, it is important to regularly delete outdated or unused templates.
uKnowva provides simple and effective ways to remove such templates directly from the KRA templates page.
In this article, we will walk you through the process of deleting existing data-driven KRA templates from the system.
Step 1: Accessing the Data-Driven KRA Templates Page
To begin, you first need to access the page where all the data-driven KRA templates are listed.
For detailed instructions on how to navigate to this section, you can follow this article.
Once you are on the templates list, you can proceed to delete the ones you no longer require.

Step 2: Deleting Multiple Templates
If you want to delete more than one template at the same time, you can easily do so by selecting them from the list.
To perform this action, locate the templates you wish to remove and tick the checkbox on the left side of each template name.
After selecting one or multiple templates, click on the bin icon that appears above the list.

As soon as you do this, an alert will pop up on the screen confirming that the selected templates are permanently deleted from the system.

Step 3: Deleting a Single Template
If your goal is to remove just one specific template, the system allows you to do this directly without using the multiple-selection option.
To delete a single template, locate the template you want to remove.
Under the action column next to that template, you will see a bin icon.

Click on this icon, and the system will display an alert asking for confirmation.

Once you confirm, the selected template will be deleted immediately.
Conclusion
That’s it!
You’ve now successfully deleted data-driven KRA templates in uKnowva HRMS.
By following this process, you can ensure that your organisation’s goal-setting framework remains clean, relevant, and aligned with current business needs.
