Step 1: Accessing the Finalized Team Ratings Section
To begin, navigate to the My Performance menu located on the left-hand side panel and select the Finalized Team Ratings sub-menu.
This will open a page displaying a list of all your team members along with their respective ratings for the selected appraisal cycle.
This view helps managers track which ratings are pending, in progress, or already completed.
Step 2: Locating the Employee and Applying Filters
Once the page loads, locate the employee whose rating you want to finalize.
You can use the search bar to enter relevant keywords and click the Search button to filter the results. If needed, click the Reset button to clear the search filters.
Next to the search bar, you will find a drop-down menu to select the relevant Appraisal Cycle, ensuring that you are working on the correct evaluation period.
For more detailed filtering, click the More Filters button.
This opens additional options such as Status, Designation, and Department, allowing you to refine your search further.
After selecting the desired filters, click the Search button to apply them or the Reset button to clear the filters.
Step 3: Selecting Employees and Finalizing Ratings
After identifying the employee(s), select them by clicking the checkbox next to their name.
You can select multiple users simultaneously if you want to approve ratings in bulk.
Once your selection is complete, click the Approve button to finalize the ratings.
An alert will appear confirming that the ratings have been successfully approved.
Finally, verify that the status next to each selected employee has changed to Approved, indicating that the finalization has been successfully completed.
This confirmation ensures that all ratings are officially recorded in the system and ready for reporting or further HR actions.
