Once on this page, you will see a structured list of OKRs organized under headers like Goal/Sub Goal, Weightage, Action, Assigned To, Progress, Status, Time Interval, and Due Date.
The interface is cleanly organized to help you monitor and manage your goals effortlessly.
Step 2: Initiating the OKR Creation Process
Above the OKR list, locate and click on the + Create OKR button.
This action will open a pop-up window containing a structured form that allows you to define your new OKR.
Each field in this form is essential to accurately describe and track your goal.
Step 3: Filling in the OKR Details
In the pop-up window, start by entering the Goal Name, which is the main objective you want to achieve.
Next, specify the Weightage, which helps determine the goal’s impact or priority relative to other goals.
Then enter the Start Value and Target Value to define the measurable range of your goal. Choose the Due Date by selecting the deadline for completing this OKR.
You must also select the appropriate Time Interval, which could be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly, depending on the nature of the goal.
Choose the Measurement Type that best represents how the progress of this OKR will be calculated.
Then, update the Progress field to reflect how much of the goal is already achieved at the time of creation, if applicable.
Set the Status to indicate whether the OKR is in progress, not started, or completed.
Finally, assign the goal to yourself or any other team member by selecting the appropriate name in the Assigned To field.
Once all fields are completed, click on the Save button to add the new OKR to your list. If you wish to cancel the process, simply click on the Cancel button to discard the data entered.
