Step 1: Access the OKR Appraisal Cycle Section
Before you begin adding OKR appraisal cycles in uKnowva HRMS, make sure that the OKR extension is already set up in your system.

This action opens a page that displays a list of all existing OKR appraisal cycles.
Each cycle is shown in a well-organized table that includes details like Title, Action, Description, Valid From, Valid To, Financial Year, and Published status.
This structured view allows you to easily monitor and manage existing cycles.
Step 2: Add a New OKR Appraisal Cycle
To add a new appraisal cycle, locate the Add button positioned above the table.
Click on it, and a pop-up window will appear on the screen.
In this form, you’ll be required to enter all the necessary details related to the new cycle. Start by entering the Title of the cycle, followed by a short Description.
Then, select the Valid From and Valid To dates to specify the time range during which the appraisal cycle will remain active.
Next, the Financial Year to which this appraisal cycle belongs will automatically be filled once you select the valid from and valid to date.
Finally, set the Published status by toggling the switch if you want the cycle to be visible to users immediately.
Once you’ve filled out all the fields, click on the Save button to add the appraisal cycle to the system.
If you change your mind, you can click on Cancel to discard the changes.
