This month, we’re excited to roll out powerful enhancements that redefine how you track performance and streamline internal communication.

1. Track, Align, Achieve – All in the New OKR Module

We’ve officially launched the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) feature in our HRMS so you can manage your goals independently. 

This dedicated module allows for crystal-clear goal setting, better alignment across teams, and more focused performance tracking. Whether you’re a manager setting team objectives or an employee tracking progress, the new OKR module empowers you to set ambitious goals and achieve them with clarity.

2. Smarter Attendance Starts with a Quick QR Scan

We’ve revolutionized attendance marking in uKnowva HRMS with the launch of QR code-based virtual punch-ins—a smarter, faster, and far more secure upgrade to traditional IP-based methods.

To mark attendance, employees must physically be present at an authorized location and scan a QR code using their uKnowva mobile app. This ensures real-time, location-verified check-ins without the limitations and loopholes of static IP whitelisting.

Built to work hand-in-hand with geofencing, this enhancement gives HR and admins stronger validation and tighter control over attendance integrity, while offering greater convenience for employees, especially in hybrid or on-site settings.

No more manual logging. No more location hacks. Just one scan, one second, and your attendance is done—with full compliance and confidence.

3.Make Faster, Smarter Decisions With the All-New Dashboard Engine

The Dashboard Engine has been enhanced to deliver fasterand more accurate insights. Employee counts now reflect real-time data without incorrect date filters, and People Analytics offers a complete overview at a glance.

Visuals adjust dynamically to dataset size, totals are now clearly displayed, and salary reports show currency-wise splits. 

Generate AI-based summary by clicking the “Generate Summary” or “Regenerate Summary” button to fetch instant summary for a given dashboard including key factors and recommendations. 

A Preview option simplifies dashboard creation, and a complete documentation guide is now available. 

Plus, seamless linkage to the Reporting Tool ensures a smarter, connected analytics experience—all designed to help you make quicker, more confident decisions. 

4. Shield Your Business from Risk with Aadhaar Vault Encryption

We are reinforcing data security with Aadhaar Vault integration in uKnowva HRMS. Now, Aadhaar numbers are securely stored in an encrypted format on a separate server. 

This paid service strengthens compliance with the highest data protection standards, providing peace of mind to organizations handling sensitive personal data.

5. Auto-Design Your Workflow Forms with AI Intelligence

No more manually setting up workflow forms! With our new AI-powered form generator, simply enter a descriptive prompt like "Create a Travel Expense Claim Form," and uKnowva HRMS will intelligently build the form for you, adding relevant fields and properties automatically. 

Customize it to fit your exact needs. This means faster setup, fewer errors, and complete flexibility for building workflows on the go.

6. Module-Wise Admin and User Access Control

Assign Responsibilities. Enhance Security. Stay Organized.

Take control of who accesses what! Our new module-wise access management allows admins to assign specific users as administrators or regular users for different modules. Managing team workloads just became easier. The "Team Members on Leave" widget now shows both ongoing and upcoming leaves, and even includes optional holidays. 

With this enhanced visibility, managers and leads can plan projects, allocate resources, and avoid last-minute surprises by always knowing their team's true availability.

8. Power Up Your Notice Board Announcements with AI

Need to post an internal update but stuck on what to write? We’ve got you. The new AI-powered content generator in the Announcements widget helps you publish ready-to-go messages in seconds. 

Just type in a prompt like “Upcoming Events,” “Policy Changes,” or “Employee Achievements”, and watch the AI create polished, professional content for your notice board.

This feature ensures faster, consistent, and more engaging communication across your organization—no writing skills required. Stay on top of updates without the hassle of drafting from scratch.
