In uKnowva HRMS, administrators can easily revise an employee’s final working day using the Team’s Resignation section.

This feature allows HR professionals to adjust exit dates efficiently, ensuring smooth offboarding and compliance with company policies.

Follow the steps below to update the last working date of an employee.

Step 1: Access the Resignation Section
Log in as an administrator and navigate to the Resignation menu from the side navigation panel.

Click on the Team Resignation sub-menu to open a new interface displaying a list of employees who have submitted their resignations.

The list includes important details such as Name, Employee Code, Designation, Date of Joining, Resigned On, Last Working Date, and Status.

Step 2: Locate the Employee
Find the employee whose last working date needs to be updated. You can scroll through the list manually or use the search field to filter results based on keywords.

For advanced filtering, click on the More Filters button to refine the list using parameters such as Reason, Designation, From, To, and User Status.

If the resignation status is set to Resignation Submitted, the last working date can be modified accordingly.

Step 3: Open the Resignation Details
Once you have located the employee, click on the eye icon under the Action column.

This will open a new interface displaying detailed resignation information, including the Final Last Working Date field.

Step 4: Revise the Last Working Date
To update the last working date, click on the pencil icon next to the Final Last Working Date field.

This will open a pop-up window where you can adjust the employee’s resignation timeline.

In the pop-up, find the Revise Last Date of Working field, select the new date, and confirm the changes.

Step 5: Save the Updated Date
Once the revised last working date is selected, click on the Save button to apply the changes.

If you do not wish to proceed, you can click Cancel to discard the update.

After saving, the newly updated last working date will be reflected in the employee’s resignation record.
