The uKnowva Job Portal provides candidates with a seamless and user-friendly platform to search for jobs, create professional profiles, apply for positions, attend interviews, manage offers, and complete onboarding processes.
Designed to simplify the recruitment journey, the portal allows candidates to control every stage of their application process from a single dashboard.
Whether you are creating a new profile, applying for job openings, tracking application statuses, completing KYC, attending interviews, or accepting offer letters, the system ensures a structured and transparent experience.
This article provides a detailed, step-by-step guide to help you navigate and use the Job Portal effectively.
Step 1: Access the Job Portal and Choose Candidate Login
Begin by navigating to the Job Portal page.

At the top navigation bar, click on the Login button.

The system will display two options: Vendor Login and Candidate Login. Click on the Candidate Login button to proceed.

You will now reach the login page, where you can either log in to your existing account or create a new profile.
Step 2: Create a New Candidate Profile
To create a new account, click on the Create Profile button.

This action opens a new page where you can begin entering your details. Start by uploading your CV.

The system will automatically parse important information from your CV, including your email address, name, mobile number, current company, current designation, education details, qualifications, skills, and work experience.

You can review and edit the parsed details if necessary. Next, enter additional information such as your cover note, current CTC, notice period (in months), job category, preferred location, and salary expectation.

After completing all required fields, submit your application.
Once your profile is created, return to the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and click the Next button.

The system will send an OTP to your registered contact details. Enter the OTP and click on the Validate OTP button to log in successfully.

Step 3: Access the Candidate Dashboard
After logging in, the system will redirect you to your candidate dashboard. From here, you can manage your profile, track applications, attend interviews, and review offers.
On the left-side menu, you will find the following sections: Job Openings, My Profile, My Applications, My Scheduled Interviews, and My Offers.
Step 4: Explore and Apply for Job Openings
Click on the Job Openings menu to view all current job vacancies.

Each job card displays key information such as the job title, a brief description, location, job posted date, and whether you have already submitted an application.
To learn more about a position, click on the View Job button to read the detailed job description.


If you wish to apply, click on the Apply Now button.


Review your details carefully and click Submit to complete your application.
You can also filter job listings by job name, location, skill, or category. After selecting your filter criteria, click on the Find Jobs button to refine the list according to your preferences.

Step 5: Update Your Profile
Next, navigate to the My Profile menu to update or modify your information.

Edit the necessary details and click the Submit button to save changes. If you do not wish to save the modifications, click Cancel to exit without applying changes.

Step 6: Manage Your Applications
Click on the My Applications menu to track all your job applications.

You can filter your applications by job title, application status (such as New, Screened, Shortlisted, etc.), or by date.
After selecting your criteria, click Submit to apply the filter or Reset to clear it.

Each application appears as a card displaying the current status.
Click on the More Info button to view details such as your email, phone number, and application date.

You can click the Resume button to download your submitted resume.
To delete a job application, click on the bin icon located at the top-right corner of the application card.

An alert will appear asking for confirmation. Click OK to proceed with deletion.

Step 7: View Scheduled Interviews
Navigate to the My Scheduled Interviews menu to view all your upcoming interviews.

Each interview appears as a card displaying details such as interview date and time, duration, mode (online or offline), and interviewer name.

Click on the View Job button to revisit the job description related to the interview.
Step 8: Manage Offer Letters and Pre-Onboarding
Click on the My Offers menu to access your offer letters.

Each offer card displays details such as offer status, interview date, KYC status, accept or deny offer letter and options to download the offer letter or resume.

Click on the More Info button to view additional details such as your email, mobile number, and application date.

The View Job button redirects you to the job post page.
If pre-onboarding is required, click on the Pre-Onboarding field to access the pre-onboarding page. Enter the required details and provide your consent to proceed.


To accept the offer letter, click the Accept button.

An alert will appear for confirmation, and an OTP will be generated. Enter the OTP to complete the acceptance process by clicking on the Submit button.


If you wish to deny the offer, select the checkbox to deny and click the Deny button. An alert will appear confirming your action.


To delete an offer letter, click on the bin icon located at the top-right corner of the offer card and confirm your action when an alert appears.


Step 9: Delete Your Profile
If you wish to delete your candidate profile, click on the person icon located at the top-right corner of the page.

Select the Delete Account button.

An alert will appear asking for confirmation. Confirm your action, and your profile will be permanently deleted from the system.
