The list is organized under various headers such as Candidate Name, Action, Candidate Email, Job Title, Expected, Source, DOJ, Offer Letter, Created By, Status, and Created On.

This structured layout allows recruiters to have a clear overview of all applicants and their offer letter status.

Step 2: Locating the Candidate

To find the specific employee whose offer letter you wish to edit or preview, use the search bar available above the list.

Enter relevant keywords, such as the candidate’s name or email, to narrow down the results.

Next to the search bar, you will find a drop-down filter that lets you select candidates based on their offer-letter status.

For more detailed filtering, click on the More Filters button, which opens additional options such as Offer Given From, Offer Given To, and Select a Job.

Once you apply the required filters, click on the Search button to refine the list. To clear all filters and return to the default view, simply click the Reset button.

After locating the candidate, move to the Action column and click on the eye icon.
