Step 1: Access the payslip page

From the side navigation bar, click on the My Finance menu, and select the My Payslip sub-menu. Once selected, a new page will open that displays all of your payslips in a neatly organised format.

Step 2: View the List of Payslips

On the new page, you will see a list of your payslips arranged under specific columns.

The first column is Title, which usually shows the name of the folder, such as “May 2025.”

When you click on the folder title, it will take you to the file of your payslip.

By clicking on the file, the payslip will open in PDF format, allowing you to view or download it easily.

The other columns include Type, Size, and Created By, giving you details about the file format, the size of the document, and the person who generated or uploaded it.

This arrangement makes it simple to find your payslips for any month and ensures that all salary records remain well organised and easily accessible.
