A new page will open, showing details such as Course Member, Member Added Date, Completion Date, Completion Percentage, and Action.

This view is particularly helpful for understanding how each course is performing and identifying which members have yet to complete the training.

Step 3: Understanding the Team View

The Team View focuses on the performance of individual team members rather than individual courses.

In this view, the columns include Course Member, Subscribed Courses, Completed, Incomplete, Suggested, and Action.

Clicking the eye icon under the Action column opens a detailed view showing Course Name, Course Category, Course Trainer, Subscribed On, Status, Completion Date, and Completion Percentage.

This view provides a clear overview of each team member’s progress, enabling managers to identify who may need additional support or guidance to complete their courses.

Step 4: Using Filters and Exporting Data

To efficiently analyze the learning progress, you can apply filters in both the Course View and Team View.

Click the funnel icon to open the filtering options, which include Course Member, User Group, Designation, and other relevant fields.

After selecting the filters, click the Search button to apply them, or the Reset button to discard the filters.
