Collaborate seamlessly with your team by adding internal notes to open tickets in the uKnowva HRMS helpdesk. 

Share important insights, document troubleshooting steps, or leave reminders for future reference—without notifying the requester.

The "Post Internal Note" tab in any of the open tickets of your choice allows you to add internal notes. 

You can specify a Note Title, enter content in the editor, and close the ticket by selecting the "Close Ticket" checkbox.
