Protect sensitive documents with an extra layer of security. You can now enable password protection for all letters and payslips generated via uKnowva HRMS.

Once activated in the letter template settings, each generated file will be automatically encrypted with password protection, ensuring confidential information stays safe, whether shared internally or externally.
