1. Speak, Search, Succeed – Try Our New Voice Command Feature

We’ve introduced Speech-to-Text functionality in the uKnowva HRMS global search bar to help users find what they need—faster, smarter, and hands-free.

With just a tap on the new microphone icon, users can speak their search queries directly, and our system will instantly transcribe the voice input into text. This feature is designed for modern professionals who are always on the move, multitasking, or simply prefer using voice commands.

Whether you're looking for a user profile, document, or user policy—just speak it, and uKnowva will find it. This upgrade doesn’t just enhance accessibility—it boosts productivity, improves inclusivity, and takes user experience to a whole new level.

2. Fortified for the Future – Recruitment Engine Gets Major Security Upgrade

Security isn’t a feature—it’s a foundation. That’s why we’ve completed a comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for the Recruitment Engine in uKnowva HRMS.

Based on this audit, we’ve resolved multiple vulnerabilities, patched loopholes, and strengthened the module to ensure airtight security and data protection at every layer in the recruitment engine.

These security enhancements are part of our continuous commitment to compliance, resilience, and zero-compromise protection of sensitive data, especially in talent acquisition workflows where candidate information is highly confidential.

3. No More Oversights – Regularisation Now Drives Real-Time Late Mark Updates

With our new enhancement, late marks are now automatically re-evaluated and removed when a user submits an attendance regularization request. Once the request is approved, uKnowva intelligently re-runs attendance rules in the background.

If the user’s corrected timing no longer qualifies as “late,” the system will automatically clear the late mark for that day—no intervention needed. This ensures your attendance data stays accurate, up-to-date, and effortless to manage. It’s one more way uKnowva HRMS is simplifying HR operations and reducing manual effort for your teams.
