How to add a Quotation in uKnowva Invoices

Step 1

 

Click on add and Add Quotes.

 

 

Step 2 

Enter contact name where the quotation needs to be sent. Enter all the details.

 

Step 3

If the contact is not present in your system, click on add as business/Individual.

Then enter all the details and add the contact.

 

 

 Step 4

 

Enter the product and all the given details.

 

 

Step 5

If product is not available add the product.

Enter all the details for the quotation and click on save.

 

 

Step 6

You can view your saved Quotations by clicking on sales and then Quotes.

 

 

 

Step 7

You can edit the Quotation details by clicking on the quotation name.

 

 

Step 8 

You can view / download and send quotes on email by clicking on the highlighted window.

 

 

Step 9

You can export the quotations in excel format by clicking on the highlighted window.

 

 

Step 10

You can change the status of the quotation by clicking on the highlighted window.
