"Business Head Rating Status" allows admin to efficiently monitor the rating status of all Business Heads within the uKnowva performance module. This feature provides a centralized view of the current rating status for each Business Head, enabling administrators to track progress and ensure timely completion of performance evaluations. With intuitive navigation and comprehensive insights, users can easily stay informed about the rating status of Business Heads, facilitating effective performance management and decision-making processes within the organization.

Step 1: Go to the left-hand-side menu -> My performance -> Business Head Ratings

Step 2: Select the Business Head and click to approve the rating

Step 3: Click to approve this rating

Verify if the status has changed from "Not Confirmed yet" to "Completed & Approved".
