How uKnowva recruitment module works?

This document describes the flow of the Recruitment module in uKnowva.

This Recruitment Module allows the employees of your organization to post Jobs and other people/HR can post the CV/Resumes received from various sources into the system. You can also change job status and applicant status and track/analyze the complete recruitment cycle of your organization

Below is the diagrammatic representation of the Recruitment module flow.

 

 

Step 1: Hr Manager posts a job with job description and mandatory details After the job gets posted it gets reflected in the  'My Posted Job' page and the same job will be available on the job portal for the applicants.

Step 2: The applicant applies for a job.

Step 3: HR Manager will receive an email about let's say 'Applicant Xyz applied for a job'. 

Note: On 'My Applicants' page HR Manager will have a list of applicants who have applied for a job.

Step 4: HR Manager can also  add candidate from 'Talent Pool' for the recruitment process

Step 5: HR Manager can change the recruitment Status step by step.

         Let's say, 

         Step 5.1 - XYZ applied for the job and visible on my applicant section then it's status will be 'New'.

         Step 5.2 - HR Manager goes through candidate details/cv and will set status as 'Screened'.

         Step 5.3 - After Screening HR Manager select 'Schedule Interview' and system will redirect the HR Manager   

         to the 'SCHEDULE INTERVIEW' page. here, the HR Manager can select the interviewer's name and Date.

         Step 5.4 - After scheduling the interview, the Applicant will receive an email about an interview is scheduled.

         Step 5.5 - After the Interview process is done.HR Manager can change the status of the applicant as 'Shortlisted' or 'Rejected'.

         Note: After the rejection of the applicant, System asks for a reason for rejection and remark.

         Step 5.6 - If the candidate is hired then the HR Manager can select status as 'Approved/Placed'.

         Step 5.7 - Once HR Manager selects status as Approved/Placed then 'Roll out Offer letter' option will get visible.

Step 6: HR Manager clicks on 'Roll out offer letter' fill up basic details like Hiring Cost, Designation, Expected Date of Joining, fill up the Basic Info, Profile Info, and Salary Details

Step 7: HR Manager goes on the 'Offer letter' page and can email the offer letter by selecting the option 'Mail offer letter'.

Step 8: The applicant will receive the offer letter.

Step 9: If the applicant rejects the offer letter, HR Can select the status of an offer letter as 'Rejected by a candidate'.

Step 10: Once the applicant accepts the offer letter then the HR Manager can send 'Pre on Board email' to the candidate by selecting the option as 'Send pre onboard email'.

Step 11: The applicant fills up all the pre onboarding details.

Step 12: HR is all set to onboard the candidate.
