How to set Weekly Offs in uKnowva HRMS

To set weekly offs in uKnowva HRMS, login to uKnowva using admin account.

1. Go to uKnowva configuration.



2. Go to 'Apps Manager' and click on 'HRM Lite'



3.  This gives you the setting page of your HRMS, go to the section 'Non Working Days'



4. Here you have to enter the day of the week that you want to set as weekly off. You can also set specific days of the month to be non working, for multiple days enter the days of months separated by a comma(,). e.g. the every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month will be off. If this field is set empty then every occurrence if that day of moth will be off.

5. Click on Save button to save the changes.
