How to Export All users in uKnowva

This feature is available in uKnowva 2.4.4 onwards.

1. Go to uKnowva Configuration --> User Manager --> You will find an option Export users here

If you do not find the Export option, then please write to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as these are special privileges and will have to be given through a different process

2. Click on it and it will ask you to enter your password again. This is done to make sure the data is exported by authenticated people only

3. You will get a .CSV file with all information. Also, a notification will be sent to all users and the activity is recorded in uknowva logs
