This will open a new page displaying the list of resignations under various headers such as Name, Action, Emp Code, Designation, Date of Joining, Resigned On, Last Working Date, Status, and Date.

Above this list, you will find the Import CSV File button, which is the gateway for importing exit or left employee data into the system.

Step 2: Downloading or Preparing the Template

Once you click on the Import CSV File button, a pop-up window will appear.

In this window, you can download the template file provided by the system or follow the format displayed in the pop-up.

The template ensures that all the required fields are correctly structured for a smooth upload process.
