How to generate Payroll in uknowva?

1. Click on "HR Manager" then click on "Payroll" and then click on "Generate Salary"

 

2. Fill up the required details, if you have any bonus you can enter the percentage or you can also enter the amount manually and then click on "Submit"

 

3. After clicking on "Submit" you will see the generated salary calculated as per the number of days, leaves taken, PF, ESIC, Professional tax and income tax deductions also the default salary structure for each employee.

 

4. You can edit the details of each employee by clicking on "Edit" which you will find in the last column. Once you have updated the data click on "Save"

 

5. You can export the data in an excel format by clicking on "Export" ; This can be sent to your finance team for further procedure and salary disbursements.

 

6. You can generate salary slips by clicking on "Generate Salary Slip" Users will get an automated notification for the generation of salary slips.
